You retain ownership of any custom sound mixes or playlists you create. By using our service, you grant us the necessary permissions to store, process, and sync your preferences across your devices. We will not share your custom content with other users without your explicit consent.

You agree not to: (a) use the app for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract audio files from the app; (c) circumvent any content protection mechanisms; (d) share your account credentials with others; (e) use automated systems to access the service; or (f) interfere with the proper functioning of the app.

5. Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to Atmosense. We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions, maintenance periods, or technical issues beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

6. Audio Content and Copyright

All audio content, sounds, music, and related materials provided through Atmosense are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The audio content is licensed for your personal streaming use only. You may not download, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our audio content.

7. Health and Safety

Atmosense is designed for relaxation and focus enhancement. However, it is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any medical conditions, please consult with a healthcare professional before using sleep or relaxation aids. Use headphones at safe volume levels to prevent hearing damage.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of Atmosense is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy to provide and improve our service.

9. Limitation of Liability
